Q. What's the first step ?
A. All you have to do is to fill in our expertly designed questionnaire! This asks you basic questions about yourself, and the type of person you would like to meet. There are options to allow you to be either specific or general in your requirements - the decision really is yours!
Q. What happens after I register?
A. The answers from your questionnaire are entered into our system, which will then send your account activation link to you by email. Having successfully activated your account you will be sent your username and password by email. Once you have logged in, using that Username and Password we e-mailed to you, you will be taken to the User Admin Area. This private area allows you to:
- View your matches
- Send and Read messages (subscribed users only)
- Block messages from other individual users
- Add matches to your favourites
As an 'ice-breaker' we always supply your matches with your Profile at the same time as you receive theirs. We find this helps greatly as you both know something about each other before you make contact.
Q. How many matches can I expect? A. We do not give a minimum number of matches that you will receive. The number of matches you receive will depend on your requirements. If, for example, you live in a sparsely populated area and you are unwilling to travel more than a few miles then you will not receive as many matches as you might. However, if you feel that you are not receiving enough matches then you can of course change your requirements at any time by Editing your Profile after you have logged in.
Q. What information will I receive about my matches? A. Profiles include background information concerning their likes, interests, personality and of course physical characteristics. Where possible we will also provide a recent photograph. To View a Sample Profile click here.
Q. Can I change the answers to my questionnaire? A. Yes. Just log in and select "Edit my Profile." This will allow you to make as many changes as you wish.
Q. How will I know if I have new matches or new messages? A. Pearmatch will send you e-mails when you have new matches or messages.
Q. How much does it cost? A. You can Register FREE now and view unlimited matches! To communicate with as many matches as you wish you will need to become a subscribed user.

To make things simpler we'll even renew your subscription automatically for you when the time comes. We want you to be in control so you can, of course, cancel this arrangement at any time by logging in to Pearmatch.co.uk and going to the 'My Account' page and following the on screen instructions. Remember - this is a one-off payment, however many messages you send or reply to. There are no other additional fees to pay. Online payments can be accepted from any of the following credit cards: Visa, MasterCard, JCB and EuroCard. Accepted debit cards are: Visa Delta, Switch and Solo.

Q. Is this a safe way of meeting people? A. Our communication system allows you to send messages to as many of your matches as you wish without giving out any of your personal details. Your full name, address and e-mail will never be given to another user. It's up to you when you give out any contact details. You're anonymous until you're ready!
