When you complete the Questionnaire and WorldPay payment pages we need to know your name, postal address, email address, telephone number, credit/debit card number and expiry date. None of this information is ever passed on to other users.

We gather this information so that we may compile your Profile and process your payment. The information is then used by us through our computer matching system to match you with other Users.

We may also use information and statistics for the purposes of monitoring web-site usage and may provide such aggregate information to third parties. These statistics will not include information that can be used to identify you.

You may from time to time wish us to provide you with information about our web-site or any other service or products including those of third parties which we think may be of interest to you. The internet is not a secure medium. However, we have put in place various security procedures as set out in this policy. All your card details are passed from your browser to WorldPay using 128 Bit SSL encryption. WorldPay use Thawte 2048 Bit encryption systems. Your user admin area is protected by your user name and password which you should never divulge to anyone else.

We also keep your information confidential. The internal procedures of Pearmatch Limited cover the storage, access and disclosure of your information.

By submitting your Questionnaire and payment details you consent to the use of information as set out in this policy. If we change our Privacy Policy we will post the changes on this page. Continued use of the service will signify that you agree to any such changes.

Owing to the global nature of the internet infrastructure, the information you provide may be transferred in transit to countries outside of the European Union that do not have similar protections in place regarding your data and its use as set out in this policy. However we have taken the steps outlined above to try and improve the security of your information.
